Rail Safety with Carl Smith from SMART Transportation Division

We discuss the train derailments in East Palestine, Ohio and Pueblo, Colorado and new legislation proposed in Colorado to decrease future rail accidents, limit blocked crossings and prepare first responders to respond to accident.
